National architectural competition, 2017
Etar Museum, Gabrovo, Bulgaria
Hotel Strannopriemnitsa is located 8 km South of downtown Gabrovo, and is part of the Open Air Ethnographic Museum Etar. The architectural competition objectives have been to reconstruct, refurbish and reorganize the building and thus to help bringing new life to it.
Urbanistas. have been appointed to organize the competition, as well as to develop the competition brief and documentation.
Winners of the competition are Another Studio and UrbanViva Architectural Studio.
