For a private client in Sofia, Bulgaria, Urbanistas have developed feasibility analysis for Green Building Certification in either LEED, EDGE or BREEAM in terms of added value, costs, timeframe and required team effort to select between the two systems.

Having professional experience in all three systems, we have also evaluated the reasonably expected to be achieved measures and credits, as well as the expected certification level based on the provided initial information.

Based on our evaluation the team has selected LEED v3 BD+C: CS rating system and has proceeded to Preliminary Certification. In that we serve as Certification Consultants and establish a close professional relationship with the project team throughout the initial planning and design stage in order to facilitate the agreed level of certification.
