Since 2004 WELL has been the first global rating system to be focused exclusively on the ways that buildings, and everything in them, can improve our comfort, drive better choices, and generally enhance, not compromise, our health and wellness.
Now, over 1500 projects and 28 mln sqm has been registered under the system in more than 30 countries.
As the WELL Accredited Professionals (WELL AP) on board, Urbanistas lead teams through all certification stages - Registration, Documentation Review, Performance Review, Certification & Recertification (optional). In these we serve as WELL Project Administrators and establish a close professional relationship with the project team throughout both the design and construction periods in order to facilitate the agreed level of WELL certificate.
We have provided services to evaluate the certification process for the precise project, as well as possible synergies with other certification systems such as LEED and BREEAM.
